The Stuff
Norman, November 1, 2003

OSU coach Les Miles said the Sooners were the nation's best team "so we are told." Early in the 4th qtr, OSU's much heralded offense failed to punch the ball into the end zone on three tries from the 1. On their final attempt, Shawn Willis was stuffed, causing the then-record crowd to explode in celebration. The Cowboys did not score an offensive TD the entire day, and the 52-9 final score left no more doubt in Miles' mind which team was better.

The Bounce
Stillwater, October 30, 2004

The Sooners were trailing OSU 14-7 when OU QB Jason White found Mark Bradley on a crossing pattern. Unable to bring in the pass, Bradley tipped the ball up in the air, turned around, and was able to bring it in on his way to a 72-yard touchdown that evened the score.

Fortunately for the Sooners, this wasn't the only Classic Sooner Memory in this game........

The 80
Stillwater, October 30, 2004

.......Freshman phenom Adrian Peterson had an amazing 80-yard touchdown run in the third quarter that put Oklahoma up 35-21. He ended up breaking the school freshman rushing record of 1,184 yards set by De'Mond Parker in 1996. He also won the running back battle over the Cowboys' Vernand Morency, who had just 93 yards on 17 carries, breaking his streak of nine straight regular season games with at least 100 yards. OU went on to win the game 38-35.

The Strike
College Station, November 6, 2004

Oklahoma struggled, rallied, faced adversity and needed to play hard for every last second to beat Texas A&M. Jason White threw five touchdown passes to tie his own school record, including the decisive one with 6:43 left. On third-and-10 at the Aggies 39, White stepped up in the pocket to deliver a strike down the middle to Mark Bradley, who slipped a tackle at the 15 and went in for a 42-35 victory.

The 18
Norman, November 13, 2004
Playing his last game at home, Jason White was emotional -- and he was almost perfect. White completed 29 of 35 passes -- including a school-record 18 in a row at one point -- for 383 yards and three touchdowns to help No. 2 Oklahoma rout Nebraska 30-3.

The Save
San Diego, December 29, 2005

Clinging to a 17-14 lead, Oklahoma linebacker Clint Ingram made a leaping interception of Oregon quarterback Brady Leaf's pass at the 10-yard line with 33 seconds left in the game to preserve the Sooners' upset of the No. 6 Oregon Ducks in the 2005 Holiday Bowl.

Oklahoma Football - Nothing Else Matters
August 2006
This is a video I put together in response to all of the negative reactions to off-the-field incidents that seemed to derail the Sooners' 2006 season before it even began. In the end, and another Big XII Championship later, however, it was still Oklahoma Football. Nothing else mattered.
